Brenna Anne's LLC Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted and personalized items are final and cannot be returned
• Items must be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our return portal using your email address and order number. 
2. Choose the product(s) you wish to return from your order.
3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging and using the label provided.
