Brenna Anne's LLC Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFO:
- We ship only to the continental US. We do not ship Canada or other non-US countries at this time.
- Please allow 5 business days before your item is ready to ship.
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been confirmed.
- Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please make sure that your address is correct when checking out. We are not responsible for an incorrect address.
- If your item was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please reach out to your carrier. Please note, once a package leaves us, we are no longer responsible for it. All lost/stolen package claims must be handled directly with your carrier.
